Placing an order on Deleo-shop is very easy, you just have to follow the following steps:
Create an account. If you already have a Deleo-Shop account, log in.
Identify the product you are looking for (by referring to the categories or using the search tool) and access its description.
Check the product description, indicate the number of units you want and click on ADD TO CART.
You can continue to browse our website by adding other products to the basket. The selected product(s) are added to the basket at the top right of the page. To validate your order, click on ORDER.
Check your entire cart. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the associated field. Then click on CONTINUE MY ORDER.
Select the delivery and or billing address if different. Click on CONTINUE MY ORDER.
Choose the delivery method according to the different options offered. Check the box, "I have read and accept the general conditions of sale" then click on CONTINUE MY ORDER.
Finally, select the desired payment method: Visa / Mastercard, bank transfer, check or PayPal account.
To finalize your order, you will need to click on the CONFIRM ORDER button: your order number will appear and you will receive all the information by e-mail.
Yes, so we will have all the information necessary to process your order. This will allow us thereafter an optimal management of your future orders.
We work with CHRONOPOST, which offers very short lead times throughout France and also in Europe. For worldwide shipping, it takes 1 week as soon as possible.
The delivery time will depend on the country of delivery:
France: 24h
Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg: 48h / 72h
Europe: 48/72h
DOM TOM: 7days

If the product is not in stock:
We will send the whole order to you once we receive the missing products. We can in certain situations make a partial delivery on request.
If before placing your order, you realize that a product is not available, we recommend that you place two orders: a first order with the available products and a second with the unavailable products. This way you will receive the first order as soon as possible and the second as soon as the products are in stock.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically once the products are placed in the shopping cart. They depend on the volume, weight and shipping area of the order.

The fastest and safest payment methods (our site is secure) which will guarantee immediate processing of your order are those by credit card (the SSL protocol encrypts all your bank details when they are entry) or by Paypal.
We remind you that bank transfers can take up to three days to reach our account, and that orders are processed upon receipt of payment. If your order is urgent, we advise you to choose payment by credit card or by Paypal.
Warning, when the payment methods Bank transfer or check are selected, we will ask you to verify the bank information of DELEO INNOVATION.

Recovering your password is very easy, just follow these steps:
Click on Customer Account.
Click on: Forgot your password?
Enter your email address
Follow the instructions you will receive by email and create your new password.
VAT is not applicable for countries outside the European Union and outside DOM TOM.
If you are a French resident or live in an EU country (excluding DOM TOM) and you have an intra-community VAT number, you must enter it when you register, without spaces and without lines of union.
Once the form has been completed with all the necessary data, our website will connect to the European VIES validation system, and the VAT will be automatically updated and disappear from the subtotal.
The fastest way to know if your order has been processed correctly is to access your Customer Account on the ORDER HISTORY page and thus check the status of your order.
WAITING TO SHIP, SHIPPED, AND PARTIALLY SHIPPED statuses indicate that we have successfully received payment and are preparing the order for shipment.
PENDING PAYMENT status indicates that we have not yet received your payment. Payments made by credit card or PayPal are immediate, but bank transfers take between 1 and 3 working days to reach our account and for payment by check this means that we are awaiting receipt of your check.
The easiest way to modify an order for which payment has not yet been made is to place a new order.
If you have already paid for your order, please note that you can only modify orders that have not yet left our warehouse. In this case, please inform us of the modification or cancellation as soon as possible by email: contact@deleo-shop.com or by telephone on +33 (0)4 94 45 83 75.
If the order has not yet been prepared by our warehouse and has not yet been sent, we will make the requested changes as far as possible.
The most important thing, before accepting the order, is to check the condition of the packaging. If the package is damaged there are two options:
You can refuse it.
You can accept the delivery by indicating on the delivery note "damaged package" and at the same time check the condition of the product to see if there is any damage in the presence of the delivery person.
In both cases, you must contact us within a maximum of 24 hours, by writing to us by e-mail: contact@deleo -shop.com on our site after logging into your customer account.
DELEO INNOVATION will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transport if the User / Buyer does not observe on the carrier's delivery note that the package arrived damaged / NOT COMPLIANT. If the buyer accepts the damaged package without having it noted on the carrier's delivery note and if he does not inform us within 24 hours after delivery, it will be impossible for us to bear the cost of repair or exchange of the damaged product, and the User/Purchaser will no longer be able to make a claim against DELEO INNOVATION.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of a request to return all or part of your purchase. Once this period has expired, returns will not be accepted.
You will receive your invoice by e-mail once the order has been delivered. An invoice is inserted in each shipment.
