Preamble

1. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges having read, prior to placing an order, the general conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between deleo-shop.com and its customer. They will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation from Deleo Innovation.
These general conditions of sale may be modified at any time by Deleo Innovation, without notice. The applicable conditions will be those in force on the site at the time of validation of the order.
2. Command
Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. Deleo-shop.com confirms the acceptance of his order to the customer at the e-mail address that he will have communicated. 3. Pricing and payment
The price is expressed in Euros and includes all taxes.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and the countries of the EEC. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and storage of the products, the costs of transport, insurance and commissioning.
The price is payable in cash, on the day of the order confirmation.
Online payment is made: by credit card bearing the initials CB, online. Paypal or check allows you to pay via a bank server in a secure environment. Your credit card number is therefore directed to the bank's servers, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without going through the store's server, a guarantee that is all the more important as your numbers are known only to our banking partner (Paypal).
The order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail in the event that the bank payment centers concerned have refused to give their agreement. Deleo-shop.com has set up a procedure for verifying and requesting additional information from the customer, intended to ensure that the user of the bank card is its holder. The implementation of this procedure, which cannot be considered as a guarantee against any fraudulent use of bank card nor engage the responsibility of Deleo Innovation, postpones the validation of the payment until the end of the verification procedure. It may lead to the cancellation of the order.

4. Retention of title clause

Deleo Innovation offers a showcase website creation service. The customer has the choice between two types of showcase website:

The service is offered by Deleo Innovation for DELEO customers. The site is produced by the official partner of DELEO in website creation. The delivery of the website takes place 1 month after the customer has sent all the visuals, texts and other elements necessary for the creation of the website.
The putting on line of the site will only be effective with the validation of the client. There will follow 1 week of testing in order to report bugs.
6. Product Availability and Shipping
All lead times announced on the deleo-shop.com website are in working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Each product sheet indicates:
Either the presence in stock of the product concerned: the indication "in stock" corresponds to the stock status at deleo-shop.com at the time of the order.
Either the out of stock by the indication "out of stock"
Orders are processed, prepared and shipped, i.e. delivered to our carrier, within 48 hours of payment of the order.
The availability times are also subject to change at the initiative of the supplier and/or the manufacturer.
8. Limitation of Liability

9. Withdrawal

In case of unavailability of products from our suppliers:
Permanent unavailability: deleo-shop.com undertakes to offer the customer replacement items or to reimburse him for the missing items, without delay and at the latest within 30 days in accordance with the provisions of the article L121-20-3 of the Consumer Code.
Temporary unavailability: deleo-shop.com informs the customer of the date on which the product will be available again. The customer then has the possibility of maintaining his order with these new deadlines or of canceling it. In the latter case, deleo-shop.com undertakes to reimburse the missing items without delay and at the latest within 30 days in accordance with the provisions of article L121-20-3 of the Consumer Code. Shipments to DOM-TOMs will be subject to acceptance of the package in the hold.
7. Delivery
Delivery of orders is carried out by service providers independent of Deleo Innovation and within the deadlines announced by these service providers. The deadlines announced by these service providers are usually 24-72 hours for packages weighing less than 30kg.

Deleo-shop.com undertakes to take the necessary steps to ensure that orders are delivered within 30 days of validation of payment by credit card online or receipt of payment by bank transfer or check . The carrier undertakes, by contract with deleo-shop.com, to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by deleo-shop.com.
In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order.
